I didn’t grow up dreaming of becoming a coach. Like many in the sustainability space, I started out with a fire to change the world. I wanted to make the world a better place, feel like my time here had made a difference.

I studied international development, worked with the Nordic Council of Ministers on human rights and UN SDGs, and later led partnerships for global sustainability summits. I built startups, advised companies, and crafted over 60 sustainability reports. From gender equality to climate action, I’ve been at the frontlines of policy, business, and innovation.

But somewhere along the way, something shifted. I lost sight of where I was going. I felt like I wasn’t seeing the fruit of my labor, and I started to question whether anything I did actually mattered.

Around me, I kept noticing the same thing: so many brilliant, passionate people were burning out and losing hope.

We were getting buried in compliance, not creativity. Being told to “create sustainability” yet constantly blocked by risk-averse leadership, no budget, and broken systems.

That disillusionment became a turning point.

I trained as a certified neuroscience coach and started to understand what was really happening — not just in our organizations, but in our brains, our beliefs, and our nervous systems. I began weaving together systems thinking, strategy design, and deep inner work.

This led me to found Inscend Strategy — a space where sustainability professionals can finally get the support they deserve. Where they take back their power and start to see what their role is in the change we’re trying to create. That’s how inner work fuels the outer change.

Today, I work with purpose-driven leaders who are done pretending. People who still care deeply — but know there must be a better, more aligned, courageous, and sustainable way to lead.
